Funny movies don’t just exist to make you laugh uncontrollably — they can make your ticker race, summon the waterworks, and even engage in a perceptive commentary. Toss in a witty plot and a few deliciously funny black actors, and there’s no doubt a film won’t be a smash hit.

Here at Famous IRL, we’re huge fans of black entertainment — maybe even borderline-obsessed. But with brilliantly written scripts, acting skills that are second-to-none, and side-splitting punches,how could you not be? 

Now, don’t get us wrong, we’ve got love forall entertainment. It doesn’t matter if you’re purple with pink polka dots, pink with purple polka dots, or haveno polka dots.

From absurd to heartfelt, deeply moving to hilarious, and thought-provoking to downright terrifying, there’s no denying that people of color have been behind some of the greatest cinematic masterpieces of all time. So to show our love and unconditional support, we created an entire collection of unbelievably awesome black entertainment apparel.
